The Department Rural Development and Agricultural Extension aims to provide students and/or trainees with a profound understanding of Rural Development and Agricultural extension science that demands numerous agricultural perspectives. The program of Rural Development and Agricultural Extension aims at producing Rural development and agricultural extension experts who are intellectually rigorous and critical of mind, who respect fundamental human rights particularly of agricultural producers, who are tolerant and respect diversities in society, who are committed to achieve agricultural sustainable development in theory and practice and who are dedicated to integrity and high ethical standards, empowering them with knowledge, skills and attitude of rural development interventions, dissemination, adoption and perception of multiple agricultural technologies and findings
